For Homeowners, a wonderful way for you to stay up to date on current events and news happening in Tanasbrook is to sign up for the monthly newsletter and attend the monthly Board Meetings. We are a volunteer-run community and need great owners participating to help everything run smoothly.  Find out about our different Committees and get involved where you think you'd be the best fit. 

We use a company called CMI to help us manage day-to-day operations. Things like maintenance requests and our HOA dues are taken care of through their management.
