How do I get a key fob to access the clubhouse?

If you just moved into the community, the previous owner may have left you the key fob for your unit. If not, you can request a new one from CMI.

When does garbage get picked up?

Garbage pickup is every Thursday. Recycling comes every other week. There will be an extra charge if your garbage can is overfilled.

What do I do with my yard waste?

You can bag up your yard waste and place it in front of the RV parking area. Please do not put trash or other items here.

How do I sign up for the monthly newsletter? 

Send an email to editor@tanasbrook.org and they will add you to the list as long as you are an owner in the community.

How do I access the Pool?

You will need a key fob for the clubhouse. You will also need pool bands that you can get from the Pool Chair. You'll contact CMI for the key fob and the pool chair for the bands. Reach out to pool-chair@tanasbrook.org to schedule a time to get your pool bands.

How do I get into the Tennis Court?

You only need a key fob and the knob will open for you.

How do I reserve the clubhouse?

You can send an email to CMI and let them know the date and time of your event. They will make sure it's available for you and instructions on how you'll be let into the upper room if needed.

What to do when neighbors are loud during quiet hours?

You can report them to CMI and a letter will be sent to that neighbor reminding them of the rules. CMI can also give you more information on how this process works and what options are available.

What am I responsible for with my unit? 

Electrical, plumbing, indoor walls, HVAC, Chimneys, etc. You may also hear it defined as "Studs In.” Some things may also vary depending on what street you are located on. Roofs, siding, gutter, and certain decks are all covered by your HOA dues. 

How do I pay my HOA monthly dues? 

Clickpay is the online system that we use and you can set up auto pay. There is an extra fee if you pay with a credit card. You can also mail in a check. Please contact CMI for further information.

How do I find out the status of a work order? 

You'll need to contact CMI and ask for an update. Currently, this is the best option we have. 

How do I find the link for an online Committee or Board Meeting that is being held online?

The Zoom link should be on the announcement either by Email from CMI or on Facebook. If it is missing, try using another link from another upcoming meeting, the Zoom Link for our community is currently the same for all meetings. 

Where can I find a list of upcoming events within our community? 

Events are posted on our community FB page that you can find HERE. You can also get emails that are sent out by CMI to unit owners.
